Nancy Duncan, Au.D.
Dr. Duncan is a 1991 graduate of Somerset High School. She attended Worcester
State College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication
Disorders and Psychology in 1995. Nancy then obtained her Master of Science
degree in Audiology in 1997 from the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, Nancy worked for
several private Audiology practices in Arkansas, Massachusetts, and Rhode
Island before opening Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2003, which has allowed
her to use her expertise in rehabilitative audiology and individualized
patient care. She received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology at the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 2005. Dr.
Nancy Duncan specializes in Tinnitus evaluation and management as well
as Balance and Dizziness disorders. Dr. Duncan resides in Somerset with
her husband, Andy, and son, Cooper. On most weekends, Nancy can be found
on the baseball field cheering Cooper’s team on to another tournament.

Jacqueline Stagg, HIS, AUDA
Jacqueline joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2011. She is
a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and Audiologist Assistant in
Massachusetts. Jacqueline is a 2005 graduate from Bridgewater State College
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish. She also fulfilled her requirements
through the Communication Disorders program at Bridgewater State College
to be licensed as an Audiologist Assistant in 2008. She then earned additional
licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is also the Practice
Manager at Duncan Hearing Healthcare. Jacqueline is originally from Wellfleet,
MA and currently resides in Middleboro with her husband, Bryan. She enjoys
spending time by the lower cape beaches, playing music, painting, and

Carrie Landis, Au.D.
Dr. Landis has been practicing audiology for over 17 years in the Southcoast area and brings a wealth of knowledge to Duncan Hearing Healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders in 1999 from Worcester State College, her Master of Science Degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2002 and later went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree at A.T Still University/School of Health Sciences in 2012. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language & Hearing Association (ASHA). She is experienced with patient populations ranging from children to adults and her special interests are in noise-induced hearing loss, aural rehabilitation, and presbycusis. Dr. Carrie Landis lives in Fall River with her three children and in her free time she enjoys cooking, shopping, seeing movies, and spending time with her family. Amber Pickett, Au.D.
Dr. Amber Pickett joined Duncan Hearing in May of 2019. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She recently moved to the New England area after graduating with her Doctor of Audiology from the University of South Alabama. While attending graduate school, she received the Frances J. Laven scholarship from the Council of Academic Programs in Communication Sciences and Disorders and was awarded Outstanding Doctor of Audiology Student from the university faculty. She specializes in vestibular and hearing evaluations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 dogs, running, reading, and exploring local shops and cafes.
Kimberly Duclos – Patient Care Coordinator
Kimberly became a member of the Duncan Hearing Healthcare team in September
of 2016. She brings an extensive background in customer service as well
as several years of food service business management experience. Kimberly
studied Health Sciences from 2010 to 2015 at both Bristol Community College
and New England Institute of Technology. She currently resides in Swansea
with her daughter and fiancé. Kimberly enjoys spending time with
her family, baking cookies, and utilizing her creative talents to brighten

Maria Sousa – Patient Care Coordinator
Maria is a Patient Care Coordinator in our Fall River location and comes
to us with an extensive background in customer service. She is a graduate
of the Office Support program at Bristol Community College and contributes
her knowledge and customer service expertise in helping our patients with
anything they need from our front office. Maria is a Fall River native
and also speaks Portuguese. Outside of work, she can be found painting
or spending quality time with her family, her daughter, and her adorable

Ashley Rodrigues – Patient Care Coordinator
Ashley is one of Duncan Hearing Healthcare’s Patient Care Coordinators. She comes to us with several years of customer service experience and a background in Health Sciences. She studied Health Science at Bristol Community College from 2013 to 2016. Ashley is a Fall River native and she enjoys cooking and baking as well as spending time with her family.
