Our New Six-Step Procedure [COVID-19 Announcement March 21st]
At Duncan Hearing Healthcare, the health and well-being of patients has been at the foundations of our clinic.

As your local doctors of audiology, COVID-19 has been closely monitored and appropriate steps have been taken with immediate effect to serve the needs of the community and protect vulnerable populations.

As of March 21st 2020, a six-step protocol is now in place for all patients

1. Curbside Pick-ups for Hearing Aids, Batteries and Supplies.

For the safety of you, other patients and our team, a curbside pick-up service has been introduced.

This allows all collections to be done without having to leave your vehicle with a member of our team wearing sanitized gloves handing you your hearing aids, batteries or any supplies that you may need.

Prior to visiting us, please call or text us so that we can be prepared to minimize any waiting time – our number is 508.674.3334

2. No Accompanying Guests

During this time, we ask that only patients visit for appointments and no extra guests are brought along. This precaution is for the safety of you and your guest, as well as all other patients.

In a situation where you need support or help from your vehicle, then please contact us on our hotline and we will be able to help.

3. Analyze Your Own Health Before Visiting

If you have been coughing, sneezing, have a fever over 100.4 or have traveled out of the country in the past two weeks, then as a precaution, your appointment will be rescheduled to at least two weeks out.

Please call us to reschedule your appointment.

4. Hand Washing on Arrival

All patients must wash their hands upon arrival, hand sanitizer is provided as soon as you enter the office.

5. Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments

Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

6. Telehealth and Telephone Appointments

If you’re facing a challenge with your hearing devices or simply need to speak to one of our professionals, then a telehealth or telephone appointment may be the recommended approach during this difficult time.

Call our hotline to speak to one of our professionals today - 508 674-3334
