Dr. Nancy Duncan, AuD

Dr. Duncan is a 1991 graduate of Somerset High School. She attended Worcester State College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Psychology in 1995. Nancy then obtained her Master of Science degree in Audiology in 1997 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, Nancy worked for several private Audiology practices in Arkansas, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island before opening Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2003, which has allowed her to use her expertise in rehabilitative audiology and individualized patient care. She received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 2005. Dr. Nancy Duncan specializes in Tinnitus evaluation and management as well as Balance and Dizziness disorders. Dr. Duncan resides in Somerset with her husband, Andy, and son, Cooper. Jacqueline Stagg, HIS, AUDA

Jacqueline joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2011. She is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and Audiologist Assistant in Massachusetts. Jacqueline is a 2005 graduate from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish. She also fulfilled her requirements through the Communication Disorders program at Bridgewater State College to be licensed as an Audiologist Assistant in 2008. She then earned additional licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is also the Practice Manager at Duncan Hearing Healthcare. Jacqueline is originally from Wellfleet, MA and currently resides in Middleboro with her fiancé, Bryan. Dr. Alicia O’Sullivan, AuD

Alicia started at Duncan Hearing Healthcare as a student extern from University of Connecticut in 2012. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Bridgewater State University in 2010. Alicia then went on to pursue a graduate degree and received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology in May of 2015 from the University of Connecticut. Alicia enjoys doing pediatric fittings and currently resides in her home town of Abington. Alicia can be found running in races on the weekends, participating in triathlons, and playing soccer. Lisa Borges - Patient Care Coordinator

Lisa joined the staff of Duncan Hearing Healthcare in June of 2016. Lisa comes to us with a background in business including over 25 years of experience in administration, marketing, and promotions in the field of broadcasting. In her spare time, you can find Lisa writing in a café, frequenting concerts, or at the theater. She is a native Rhode Islander and currently resides with her husband, two children, and two furry friends in Warren, RI. Kimberly Duclos – Patient Care Coordinator

Kimberly became a member of the Duncan Hearing Healthcare team in September of 2016. She brings an extensive background in customer service as well as several years of food service business management experience. Kimberly studied Health Sciences from 2010 to 2015 at both Bristol Community College and New England Institute of Technology. She currently resides in Swansea with her daughter and fiancé. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, baking cookies, and utilizing her creative talents to brighten the day for everyone around her.
