Dr. Nancy Duncan

Dr. Duncan is a 1991 graduate of Somerset High School. She attended Worcester State College in Worcester, MA and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Communication Disorders and Psychology in 1995. Nancy then continued on for her Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Audiology, which she obtained in 1997 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating, Nancy worked for several private Audiology practices in Arkansas, Massachusetts and Rhode Island before opening Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2003 which has allowed her to use her expertise in rehabilitative audiology and individualized patient care. Dr. Duncan received her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 2005.

In June 2011 Dr. Duncan purchased Cape & Islands Hearing Center in Orleans, MA. This has allowed her to extend her services and expertise to the lower cape cod region. Dr. Duncan resides in Somerset with her husband Andy and son Cooper.

Jacqueline Stagg

Jacqueline joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2011. She is a licensed Audiology Assistant in Massachusetts. Jacqueline is a 2006 graduate from Bridgewater State College with a degree in Spanish. She returned to school the following year to full fill her requirements for a Communication Disorders Degree. Mackenzie Lewin

Mackenzie joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2010. She is the practice manager for both Duncan Hearing Healthcare and Cape & Islands Hearing Center. Mackenzie is a 2006 graduate from the Salter School and is a certified Health Claim Specialist. Currently she is pursuing her license to become a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in Massachusetts.

Bethany Afonso

Bethany joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2011. She is a Patient Care Coordinator in charge of scheduling appointments and managing patient check out and intake. She is a 2006 graduate of Diman Regional Technical High School in Fall River. She currently resides in Fall River. Jennifer Rodrigues

Jennifer joined the staff at Duncan Hearing Healthcare in 2011. She is a Patient Care Coordinator in charge of accounts receivable and medical billing. Jennifer is a 2006 graduate of the Salter School and is a certified Health Claim Specialist. Jennifer currently resides in New Bedford with her two daughters Amara and Avree.
